Finding
SITF determined to be Brassavola appendiculata, not Brassavola cucullata (Sep 2022); this is a very good form of B. appendiculata, which has been historically misidentified as B. cucullata; B. cucullata is a more diminutive form of Brassavola with much smaller sepals and petals, not the long, elegant segments like B. appendiculata and this flower; a photo of the actual B. cucullata may be seen in the AOS Orchids magazine, August 2022 issue.
