Four flowers on one arched, 27 cm inflorescence borne from the new growth of a rhizomatous plant beginning to climb a 20 cm tree fern totem stabilized in a 15 cm wooden basket; 28 cm tall mature growths consist of a 1.0 cm wide by 5.0 cm tall flattened pseudobulb bearing two 4.0 cm wide by 25.0 cm long lanceloate leaves; sepals and petals concolor granny smith apple green; lip apple green, veined and reticulated coffee brown, a distinctive cluster of warts are born on the distal half of the lip; column light emerald green; substance firm; texture matte; species native to Borneo; confirmed by SITF
