Dendrobium-vannouhuysii-2022-02-25Confirmed as Dendrobium vannouhuysii (Apr 2022); D. vannouhuysii is distinctive with alternating warty leaves that are green shaded with purple on branching stems as is apparent in this plant; matches photos on the cover of "Orchids" magazine Oct 2013, Millar's "Orchids of Papua New Guinea, Schuiteman's Dendrobiums of New Guinea and Laverack et.al.'s "Dendrobiums and its Relatives"; D. vannouhuysii is the only species that shows this combination of flower form and growth habit. <span style="color: rgb(113, 113, 117); font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; background-color: rgb(247, 250, 251);"> </span>
