Description from entry form: Sixteen triangular flowers and six buds at the base of a plant 7.0 cm wide by 9.0 cm tall by 8.0 cm deep with lanceolate leaves measuring up to 8 cm long by 0.6 cm wide mounted on a wood block 5 cm wide by 13 cm long by 1.5 cm deep; leaf base encased by bract; flowers rise through bract on 1.0-cm long inflorescence; acuminate sepals, very small petals and lip chartreuse evenly dotted burgundy, dorsal sepal strongly hooded; petals and lip too small to measure; substance firm; texture matte.
