SITF confirms that this plant is Huntleya apiculata (Jun 2024). The original description depicts Huntleya apiculata as a small-flowered species with flowers that are pure white. The original Huntleya apiculata used in the description might have been an unusual white version of the species. A 2020 article by Sauleda et.al. of a species (Huntleya colombovenezuelensis Uribe-Velez & Sauleda) analyzed the species with photos and text and compared it with Huntleya apiculata (Rchb. f.). These photos appear to be a good match to this plant. The column wings especially appear very much like this plant and the form of the lip when viewed in profile matches this plant.
