Ten flowers and five buds on one upright 15.5cm inflorescence arising from a basal rosette of six curled 5.0cm by 1.3cm lanceolate leaves; two basal cauline bracts 5.5cm by 1.8cm; produced by a tuberous geophyte; dorsal sepal white juts forward over column, reflexed; petals light yellow, jut forward over column forming hood; lateral sepals white, ovoid, reflexed upward; lip bright yellow flushed green proximally, stippled black centrally; tri-lobed, strongly reflexed, midlobe notched; spur ascending straight, white, 2.1cm long; substance medium; texture diamond dust.
