Overview
Monopodial epiphytes. Stems elongate, simple or branched, leafy. Leaves alternate, distichous, terete. Inflorescences subsessile, few-flowered racemes. Flowers small, translucent. Sepals and petals free. Lip bilobed, with a long, straight spur. Column short, stout, straight; pollinia two, borne on a single stipe and viscidium.
Distribution
A monotypic genus widespread in Tropical Africa.
