White orchids have an air of pristine beauty that makes it easier to appreciate the form of the flower rather than being bowled over by color. Add a captivating fragrance and you have what many consider to be a perfect orchid. In nature, many white and light-colored orchids are fragrant at night and pollinated by night-flying moths.
