container of bark mix; leaves dark green, lanceolate, 38cm long x 4.5cm wide;
pseudobulbs 11cm tall x 3.5cm wide, bifoliate; sepals and petals cream; lip white,
margins heavily fimbriate, keels yellow proximally, rust distally, hirsute, midlobe yellow,
blotched centrally; column white, anther cap tan; substance soft; texture crystalline;
country of origin China and southeast Asia; taxonomically identified by Kerr (1933);
awarded for rarity in cultivation and educational value.
