SITF confirms this plant as Phalaenopsis tetraspis f. speciosa (Sep 2024). P. tetraspis is listed by Kew as a synonym which is validly published. In Olaf Grus's article in 2016 titled "New Classification of the Phalaenopsis tetraspis complex" he discusses the various forms of P. tetraspis. This plant fits his description of P. tetraspis f. speciosa.
