Finding
SITF has determined this plant to be Epidendrum rauhii, not Epi. blepharistes (Oct 2024). This plant was identified as E. rauhii by Dr. Eric Hagsater, foremost authority on the Genus Epidendrum. The plant matches Hagsater's flower and reed stem illustration of E. rauhii in the IOSPE. E. blepharistes is known to have pseudobulbs at the base of the plant, which differs from this plant.
