SITF confirms this plant as Octomeria linearifolia (Sep 2024). This plant fits O. linearifolia in flower size and plant form, as well as the lip. Photos of O. linearifolia, including several images on Flickr and the IOSPE, which closely match this flower. Of the descriptions in Pabst & Dungs, "Orchidaceae Brasilienses" of species in the Octomeria group with linear leaves. Only O. bradei and O. linearifolia are similar in lip structure; however, this plant best fits O. linearifolia.
