Forms for Judging

There are a number of forms provided by the JC Committee for use by the AOS judging centers to carry out their judging responsibilities aligned with the Handbook on Judging.

A number of judging centers moved to the use of electronic forms and fillable pdf forms have been provided to meet their need. For these centers still using hard copy forms and multiple copy award forms produced at a local printing company, those pdf forms are also still provided.
